What does it mean to have a heart like thine? It means that your life is in harmony with the Lord…Gal 5:24
To have a heart like thine (God’s heart), we must be converted, be Spirit-filled, spend time alone with God, and be obedient to him in all things.
To have a heart like thine means you sees life and people the way he sees them, you understand and process information the way he does with no prejudices or biases.
A heart like thine is a heart that is full of compassion, love, peace, kindness, gentle, meek, joy, long suffering, faithfulness and exercise self-control no matter what…in other words.
What’s important to Him, is important to you. What burdens Him, burdens you. When He says, “Go to the right,” you go to the right. When He says, “Stop that in your life,” you stop it. When He says, “This is wrong and I want you to change,” you come to terms with it because you have a heart for God.
